Willie Stean Stevenson (Sterling) passed away on March 14,2024 at Baton Rouge General Hospital surrounded by her daughter and son. Willie was born on May 27,1968, to Rose Mae Stevenson and Albert Burton Jr. She confessed Christ at an early age, and was baptized at Zion Apostolic church on December 9, 2012 by Pastor Joseph Williams Sr. She later joined Zion Travelers Missionary Baptist church in 2015 under leadership of Rev Dr. Bobby R. Shower Sr. Willie Stevenson was a native of Velma, LA where she attended Independence High. She loved dressing up, completing puzzles, and reading her bible. Willie leaves to cherish her loving memories behind her husband, Ralph Sterling, of 8 years, one daughter, Denise Stevenson (Chucky), and one son Lamont Stevenson (Yasheika). 10 grandchildren, Momo, Tiny, Black, Red, Tiger, Wooka, Twin, LJ, Mae Mae, Nyra, and one bonus grandchild, Jelaychia. 8 sisters Janice Follins (George), Margie Stevenson, Betty Zanders (Lewis), Joeann, one special sister, Elaine Smith, Lizzie Cutno, Sandra Showers, Gwendolyn Burton, 2 brothers Gerald Burton Sr., and Howard Burton Sr. A host of relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother Rose Mae Stevenson, 2 sisters Marry Ann Perry, Twin Willie Mae, Son Robert Sr., one great grandchild, and grandparents.
