On the morning of January 20, 2019, Willie Ruth Preston passed from this life and entered into eternal rest. She was a native of Fannin, MS and a resident of Hammond, LA. Willie was the loving wife of the late Clyde Preston, Sr. Loving mother of Wanda Lynn Angeles (Joe) and Clyde Preston, Jr. (Nikita). Grandmother of Clyde Preston, III, Bianca Symone Weeden, Jolayah Gisele Angeles and the late Jose Luis Angeles, Jr. Great grandmother of Contoria Preston. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at Mt. Zion Freewill Baptist Church, 4244 Hwy 1046 Montpelier, LA 70422 on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 11:00AM. Visitation begins at 9:00AM until the time of service. Interment: Mt. Zion Cemetery
