Otis Elzie was born to the late Lucious (Box) Elzie and Otima Mae Elzie on August 22, 1954. He departed this life of February 04, 2021 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, La at 11:00am.

Otis was united in Holy Matrimony to the lovely Ms. Gwendolyn. He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife: Gwendolyn Elzie of Franklinton, LA. Three daughters; Ann Thompson, Pamela (James) Andrews, both of Independence, La and Julia Roberts of Oklahoma City, OK. One uncle: Walter Magee of Osyka, MS; nine Grandchildren, nine Great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son: Arron Terrell Roberts; one son in law: Joseph Thompson; One brother; Donald Ray Ellzey; three sisters: Mary Nell Anderson, Arlean Thompson, and Laevella Ellzey.
