Mae Frances Dillon Dyson was born on October 12, 1938 in Mt. Hermon, LA to the late Robert Dillon, Sr. and Peggy Harris Dillon.

At an early age she joined Little Union M.B. Church, where she was baptized. She was a housewife and loved house cleaning.

Mae Frances is preceded in death by her parents: Robert Dillon, Sr. and Peggy Harris Dillon; one brother: Robert Dillon, Jr., and one sister: Ruth Mae Dillon Phillips.

She was married to the late Wilton A. Dyson for 63 years, and to this union three children were born. Cherishing her memories are her two daughters: Frances (Rocky) Smith of Kentwood, LA and Denise Dyson of Mt. Hermon, LA. One son: Dale Dyson of Mt. Hermon, LA.; three grandchildren: Dale and Terrell Dyson of Franklinton, LA and Dynell Dyson of Mt. Hermon, LA. Seven great-grandchildren, two sisters: Jean Johnson of Danville, KY and Ann Matthews of Harrodsburg, KY. Two sisters-in-law: Shirleen Dyson and Anna Dillon, and a host of other relatives, cousins, and friends
