It is not the tangible things in life that are important, but instead, the experiences and memories we have with those that we love the most. The things we share with one another each day, such as our smiles, laughs, cups of coffee, fears, tears, weaknesses, stresses of the world, successes, goals and most importantly the warm love in our hearts for one another. When our spirits pass on, the memories are all we have that will keep us going. Family is what will help us get through our toughest moments, no matter how near or far we are.

Lionel Edwards Sr. was born February 1, 1956. He was a father of four children, Byran Edwards, Lionel Edwards Jr., Anthony Edwards, and Latasha Renea Adisa. He was also a grandfather of six beautiful Grandchildren, all of whom currently reside in Georgia. He has 3 Siblings and many nieces and nephews, who loved him and will miss him dearly.  Lionel Edwards Sr. was known mostly for working hard and being kind to those around him. He impacted his community, family, close friends and even strangers with his beautiful spirit. When God decided to call him home on October 18, 2022, one thing rings true, he will never be forgotten, and he will live on forever here in our hearts.
