Little Miss Kaleah Janea Rodgers took her wings and departed this life on Monday, December 9, 2019 at Hood Memorial Hospital in Amite, Louisiana.

Kaleah was the daughter of John Rodgers and Tyrany McGhee of Amite, Louisiana. She was born on September 19, 2019 at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington, Louisiana.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Tyrany McGhee, her father, John Rodgers; Godparents: Miesha Parker of Montpelier, LA and Aaron Hurst of Greensburg, LA; two grandmothers: Tiffany James and Linda Burise of Amite, LA; three great grandmothers: Shelia James and Dorothy Jones of Amite, LA and Franks "Diane" Holloway of Kentwood, LA; one great great grandmother: Alfa Mae Tate of Franklinton, LA; two grandfathers, Deljuan McGhee of Houston, TX and John Rodgers, Sr. of Dallas, TX; two great grandfathers: Kenneth (Shirley) Wilson of Amite, LA and Linton Holloway, Sr. of Kentwood, LA; three aunts: Deondra (Lee, Jr.) Warner of Montpelier, LA; Clyneisha Burise of Hammond, LA and Raven McGhee of Houston, TX; one uncle: Cedric Burise of Amite, LA and a host of other relatives.

Kaleah was preceded in death by a great grandmother Lillie Jackson Johnson, great great grandmother Mildred Wilson, great great Grandfather Clarence Wilson.

A Celebration of life is scheduled Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Mt. Zion Freewill Baptist Church, Montpelier, LA at 11:00 am.
