Tribute
Luke 23:43 A nd Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, to day shalt thou be with me in paradise .
Kaiviona JaKeelyah Harris " Kaivi " was born on July 24, 2006, at 02:35 a .m. at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond, LA , to Kotera Charme Brumfield and Jereman Harris . She entered the world prematurely and her fight for survival began . Kaivi was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and a multitude of other health complications . Doctors advised that with all the health complications she had and would be facing that the family should prepare for her not living long. WE trusted GOD's plan and HIS promise. In doing so, God blessed this family to be the earthly caretakers of His Special Miracle Baby . Kaiviona began her Christian journey at Rose Valley Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Bobby R. Showers, Sr. Although unable to attend regularly due to health conditions she remained a member until her passing.
To know Kaiviona was to love her and once you saw her there was no way anyone could not see the miracle God had worked and was working on her behalf. God allowed her to defy the odds that man prescribed and gave our family 14 years of absolute joy with her. But then He saw her body weakening and decided it was time for His earthly child to return home and receive her rest. The Lord allowed Kaivi to shake up our world with her entrance into life and her death. Kaiviona transitioned from life on July 24, 2020 at approximately 09: 32 a.m. at Hood's Memorial Hospital Amite, LA .
Kaiviona's memories will be cherished by her mother, Kotera C. Brumfield; brother, Kieron J .
