Mr. Joseph Ory Simmons, Sr. passed away on Friday June 5, 2020 surrounded by family at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, La. Mr. Joe was born on May 11, 1935 to Ellen Dunhue and Sandy Simmons, Jr. in Fluker, La. he remained a resident of Fluker until his demise.
