Mrs. JoAnn Lewis Frazier, a resident of Amite, Louisiana passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021 at North Oaks Medical Center at the age of 72, surrounded by her family. She was born October 9th, 1949 to the late Ernest Lewis, Sr. and Catherine Harrell-Lewis in Independence, LA. She leaves to cherish her loving memories; Her Husband: Earnest Frazier, Sr.; her two children: Earnest Frazier, Jr. and Brian Frazier & their families, as well as many other relatives and friends who loved her dearly! The family has asked that you join them in honoring her life with the services listed below.
