Mr. Jean Milton Hollins was born on November 1, 1949 in Independence, La to Floville Hollins, Sr. and Rosie Lee Garrett. Jean was affectionately known by his family as 'Milton'. He passed away at his home in Covington, Louisiana at the age of 70 on October 20, 2020.
