Bro. James Howard Kelley peacefully passed away Friday, October 18, 2019 at North Oaks Hospital in Hammond, La.  He was born March 25, 1948 to the late Ike Kelley Sr. and the late Ethel Lee Woolridge Kelley in Independence, La.

A Visitation is scheduled Friday, October 25, 2019 4pm-7pm at Richardson funeral Home.  Funeral Services are scheduled Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Morris Chapel Church of God in Christ at 11am.
