CPL Dr. Rev. Francis Williams, 91 of Independence, la peacefully passed away early Saturday morning, February 29. 2020 surrounded by his loving wife, Ella Williams and family.

Rev. Williams was born July 24, 1928 to the late John Henry Williams and late Mary Jennings in Independence, La.
