Sis. Eva Mae Butler was born April 6, 1930 to the late Martha Wilson and late Lester Williams in Liberty, Mississippi.  She confessed her faith by accepting Christ as her personal savior and was baptized at Progressive Baptist Church, Marrero, La.

Sis. Eva Mae departed her life May 13, 2020 at Ochsner Hospital in Jefferson, La.

She leaves to cherish her memories, 6 children; 4 girls: Yvonne Butler, Carrie Butler, Betty Butler and Mary Teague McKinley. 2 sons: Danny Williams and Curtis Butler. She also leaves to cherish memories, her 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, her aunt Ora Lee Goldman, a host of nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by three (3) of her children; Marie Butler, Alphoxise Butler and Bobby Williams.

A visitation is scheduled Friday, May 29, 2020 from 2pm to 5pm at Richardson Funeral Home, Amite, La.

A private funeral ceremony will be held Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Richardson Funeral Home, Amite, La at 11am.
