Mr. Ernel Jenkins, 55 of Amite, La passed away Sunday morning, April 26, 2020 surrounded by his loving son and family.  Ernel was born October 2, 1964 to Eddie Jenkins and Mary Anderson.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories, two children, Ernel Higgenbotham and Kiera Higgenbotham.  Also, he was well loved and will be missed by his siblings and family.

A private ceremony will be held Friday at Richardson Funeral Home, Amite, La
