Brother Clarence was born to James Osby and Frances McClendon Osby on June 20, 1949 in Independence, LA.

Clarence worked in the pulpwood business for many years, and he later became a dairyman, and continued in that career until his health began to fail. He was a hard worker and loved life.

Clarence went on to glory on February 2, 2021, he is joyfully reunited with his parents, Buddy and Frances; One son: Clarence, Jr.; Five brothers: Raymond, Melvin, Curtis, Christopher, and Ronald; three sisters: Shirley, Carolyn, and Dianne.

Clarence leaves a legacy of fond memories to his children: Shelia Renee, Sharon, Clarence, and Shuntrell.; His brothers and sisters: James Osby, Jr., Connie Osby, Lorie Osby Williams, Kenneth Osby, David Osby, Kathy Osby Jackson, Sylvia Osby Barlett, and Robert Osby.
