Charlene Annette Cooper Blaw Vickers passed away on April 22, 2025, surrounded by loved ones at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana . Charlene was born on October 22, 1965 to Douglas Wayne Cooper and Martha Lee Sharp Cooper of Madisonville, Louisiana. She is predeceased by her parents and husband, Steven Vickers. Charlene is survived by her sister Melinda Cooper Rushing, her loving children Ashley Delatte and Brittnie Northcutt, and her beloved grandchildren Caden Rampino, Emery Rampino, Madden Delatte, Lainey Delatte and Brindley Northcutt.
