There are no tears in heaven nor grief of any kind: I leave this final teardrop to those I've left behind. Though absent from the body, I'm present with the Lord; the joy of my salvation is now my full reward.

Albert Lee Jr. peacefully transitioned on September 18, 2022, after a courageous battle with a Hemorrhagic Stroke.

He captivated the hearts of his family with his arrival on October 28,1945, to Albert Lee Sr. and Eloise Miller-Lee in Peoria, Ms.

He joined the Spring Creek Missionary Baptist Church in the early 80's and remained a faithful member until God extended his hands and said servant well-done.

In 1962, he met Dorothy Holden and they went on to united in holy  matrimony on June 21, 1964.  From this union came four beautiful children, Monoca Gallow (Kentwood, La), Matilda MaGee (Magnolia, MS), Tjuana Lee-Ballard (Upper Marlboro, MD) and Quanda Lee-Delco(Tomball,Tx) anyone who knew Albert knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for.

Albert landed his first job as a dairyman. Albert having higher dreams and aspirations for himself, and his family he began his career with the Steel Mill as a Steel Roller in Roseland, La. There he worked for over 17 years working his way up to become a supervisor until his retirement in 1987.

In 1962, he met Dorothy Holden and they went on to united in holy  matrimony on June 21, 1964.  From this union came four beautiful children, Monica Gallow (Kentwood, La), Matilda MaGee (Magnolia, MS), Tjuana Lee-Ballard (Upper Marlboro, MD) and Quanda Lee-Delco(Tomball,Tx) anyone who knew Albert knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for.

He was unendingly proud of his children whose nicknames he affectionally called Moni, Til, Wanna and Babygirl and the love of his life Dorothy(wife) of 58 years.  Anyone who knew Albert knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for.

Albert Lee Jr. was a well -respected resident and businessman of Kentwood, LA. He owned and operated several businesses during his early years. He was passionate about his love of logging and often could be found talking to any listening ear about a possible return to the industry.

. Albert was predeceased by his father, Albert Lee Sr, mother. Eloise Miller-Lee, 5 brothers Perkin, Wille, Edward, Jessie, and two sisters and one grandson, Dino. He leaves to cherish his memories his devoted and loving wife of 58 years Dorothy Dell Lee, daughters Monica Gallow, Matilda (Larry MaGee), Tjuana (Reginald Ballard Jr.), Quanda (Joseph Delco, 9 grandchildren: Turiyanza, Lairzorin, Dalta, Narroniff, Equasia, Geosh, Ajarie, Eionney, Xander and 12 Great-grandchildren  4 sisters Edna Harness, Jesse Lee-Varnado, Otherine Lee, Irma Jean Lee, of Kentwood, La 3 brothers Dennis(Marilyn) of Texas City, John Lee of Brunswick, Ga. Kenny Ray Miller Jessie) of Kentwood, La, a host of nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
