Adrian Dexter Talbot, Jr. was born on June 18, 1999 at East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, Louisiana at 1:19 P.M. It didn't seem as if he was alone because 14 months later came his little brother, Deionisio Federico Talbot. The two were inseparable and functioned more like twins. They both were raised in the church all their lives. Adrian accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the early age of ten. He was baptized on May 31, 2009 at Stillwater Baptist Church in Hammond, Louisiana by Pastor Lonnie R. Tucker. Adrian Jr was a member of Turning Point Church in Slidell, Louisiana ; East Hill Church of God in Christ in Pensacola, Florida; and Beacon Light Baptist Church of Hammond, Louisiana.

Adrian's favorite scripture was Psalms 91 and he said it gave him the courage to be a superhero. And yes, he did have Superpowers! He graduated high school at the age of 16 on May 16, 2016 with honors and dual enrollment from Ponchatoula High School. He received the Tangi Scholars Award for an ACT score of 29 and entered Louisiana State University as sophomore standing in the fall of 2016. He received an offer for a six -year law school scholarship that he declined to pursue a chemistry and science degree. He also attended Southeastern Louisiana State University for additional science focus with a concentration in biology.

We would ask why superpowers? Because Adrian knew something way back then that we did not, that he would need those superpowers later to battle Bi-polar I Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder. He battled these disorders for many years and not disclosing his battles until recent years. Adrian described what his disorders as living in constant torment. Even so, he was superhuman in this fight. He continued moving forward through college, supporting his family and friends, engaging in fun and enjoyable events continuously with family and friends as he continued to defeat his enemies.

He had several hobbies including, but not limited to swimming, art, music and soccer. Adrian was an avid soccer player. He was nicknamed "Little Pele". He was introduced to this skill in Pensacola Florida while we were recuperating from the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina. Trinitas Christian School was his first soccer team. Dean and Ede Craig not only coached Adrian Jr but adopted him into their family as one of their own. He then in High School became an integral part of the Ponchatoula High School soccer team in his Junior year. But his favorite was reading. He was avid and had this insatiable need to learn. His hobbies led to actual job opportunities and the opportunity to serve as one of many Superheroes for our Tangipahoa Parish Community. He served as a Certified Lifeguard for Hammond Recreational Center for a summer and at the Whitmore Acres Subdivision as a Lifeguard for a summer. Adrian Jr was an avid swimmer. He began swimming at the tender age of two. His competitive swim began with Riptides Swim Club under the wonderful tutelage of Coach Judith Perez. With his skill sets he competed with Coach Judith's Ponchatoula High School swim team in multiple swim competitions.

He comes from a line of superheroes, his grandparents on his mother's side Howard and Nora Harriott made the tough trek from Panama City, Panama Central America to become educated in America in accounting and nursing. Likewise, for his grandparents on his father's side Mr. Samuel and Mrs. Rita Talbot from Georgetown, Guyana, South America. His parents Dr. Adrian Talbot, Sr. and Dr. Itzel Harriot-McDuffie both proudly served in the United States as US Naval Officers in the Medical Corp and Medical Service Corps respectively.

Adrian was very welcoming and close to his extended family members Andrea Soltau- Talbot his stepmother and family from Greensboro, North Carolina and Jerome R. McDuffie his stepfather and mentor, Jerome I. McDuffie his stepbrother, and Peggy McDuffie Grandmother.

Adrian attributes a lot of his strength to those relationships he formed when he attended Slidell Bible School; Trinitas Christian School in Pensacola, Florida; Trafton Academy in Hammond, Louisiana. Trinitas Christian School was such a foundational Classical Christian school where he was able to accelerate brilliance and academic prowess to skip to grades in elementary school. Trinitas took us in after we lost everything in Hurricane Katrina. They gave Adrian Jr everything to establish love, faith, stability and flex his educational brilliance.

On the evening of Monday, March 23, 2020, Adrian slept away at his home in Hammond, Louisiana. He leaves to celebrate his life his parents, Dr. Adrian Talbot Sr., his mother, Dr. Itzel Harriot McDuffie, and Jerome McDuffie his stepfather and mentor ; his grandparents, Mr. Howard and Mrs. Nora Harriott; grandparent, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Talbot (Rita) his brothers, Deionisio Federico Talbot and Jerome I McDuffie .
